• Include this in your message:
 

- Desired character (a character you want me to draw )/ If it's Bust up sketch or Style 2 Full/Half/sketchy Chibi /Where it came from (if it's from a franchise, anime, game etc. Or OC) Personality or a little background would be a great help!

 Keep in mind that I don’t draw Mecha,  NSFW , furry, excessive muscles, realistic, absurd fetishes because it might be uncomfortable, might not fit to my art style or still learning how to draw it.

- Include all references (or a link to it) and describe how you want me to draw your character (ex. Very grumpy or happy ) Unless you want to use my freedom of creativity for it!
 

- Where will you use the commission. (as icon,collection,for the blog or just any personal use)
 

- Name you want me to put incase I'll post it in my social media accounts and/or as a watermark.

- NEW! If you want your previous sketch comm to be colored just let me know and I can color it for additional 1 coffee!

- TWITCH/VTUBER related usage such as thumbnail/banner etc. might have additional fee. Please include it in the email.

• Once I confirmed your commission, You can already pay through ko-fi https://ko-fi.com/hakamiiart# ( 5 coffee = $15) PLEASE do not send the kofi without my confirmation.
   

• As much as possible, Please do not rush the commission.  There might be delays while processing since I might be busy/emergency with other work(shop/regular comm). But I'll try to finish it as possible. You can also check trello for updates.

• There might be additional coffees if the design is too complex, a lot of details, or you really wanted it to be rushed.
   

• Only MINOR changes/revisions will be accepted.
   

• I might decline a commission/project if it’s too complicated so please wait for my confirmation first before paying.
   

• No refunds once the sketch has been started!
   

• Due to some issues, I’ll ask where the final art will be use. Under the copyright law, Even the art is commissioned, I still I have the rights to post it in my social media accounts, put it in my portfolio or even make a merchandise from it(e.g. poster).Using it as merchandise will be possible if only the commissioned illustration will be a fan art of certain series.
   

• For Personal Commissions, you're not allowed by any means to use the commissioned art for Mass Profit or selling it merchandise. However, reprinting it for personal use and with my permission will be allowed.
   

• All sketch commission will also be compiled.
